All payments must be made at the time of class. We realize life happens, so if you need to cancel, please contact us. We put a lot of preparation into our classes and no-shows cost us a lot of time and money.

Explore the flavors and health benefits of olive oil and balsamic vinegars. Includes a light 4-course meal where you will sample various oils and vinegars. Take your cooking to the next level.
Olive Wagyu (I love Wagyu & More) -
Experience the flavors of 5 different cuts of Wagyu beef, along with some unique aioli's, balsamics and olive oils as we serve you 5 different dishes created especially for you.
Charcuterie Workshop -
Learn some fun techniques and build your own charcuterie board to take home. Boards will vary based on the season.
