Gravenstein Apple Mustard

A bright, tangy mustard made with Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic Vinegar. Perfect for sandwiches, charcuterie boards, or as a gourmet condiment.

  1. Soak the mustard seeds and powder in a medium glass or ceramic bowl with the balsamic vinegar and hard cider overnight.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a food processor, add salt, and process for 1–2 minutes until the seeds are coarsely ground.
  3. Add the grated apple and pulse a few times to incorporate.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for a few days to mellow the flavors before using.
