  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss strawberries with Dark Chocolate Balsamic, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of sea salt. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Roast for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until strawberries are softened and syrupy.
  4. Make the Mascarpone Cream: In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Chill until ready to serve.
  5. Spoon roasted strawberries with their syrup into serving bowls. Top with a generous dollop of mascarpone cream.
  6. Optional: Garnish with shaved chocolate, mint, or crushed nuts. Serve alone or over pound cake, waffles, or ice cream.
