  1. Special equipment: 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Heat a 6-quart slow cooker insert on high until hot.
  3. Combine chocolate, cream, milk, vanilla, salt, and olive oil in the hot insert.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes, then whisk the ingredients together and set on low.
  5. Whisk in the balsamic just before serving.
  6. Serve with cookies, fruit (strawberries, banana pieces, orange slices), marshmallows, or pound cake.
