Classic Caesar Dressing
A rich and creamy classic Caesar dressing made with garlic-infused olive oil, Parmesan, and a perfect blend of flavors to elevate your salads.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup garlic-infused extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 anchovies
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine egg yolk, lemon juice, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Pulse to combine.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in 1/2 cup garlic-infused olive oil until a smooth emulsion forms.
- Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use. Perfect for tossing with romaine or topping your favorite salad.
